Follow these steps to help identify and resolve the most common issues before requesting further support.
Run a Speed Test1
Restart Your Equipment
Check that Wi‑Fi is enabled on your device. Restart your router by switching it off for five minutes then turning it back on. If your setup uses a SIM-based router, remove the SIM for five minutes, reinsert it and restart.

If the issue is still ongoing, contact our support team so an engineer can review the system remotely and help identify the fault.
